1] PREMISES AND DEFINITIONS OF THE PARTIES

The receptive structure is made up of several real estate units with the capacity to offer lodging and accommodations of various kinds, as well as hotel and tourist services to about\ 35 people. This regulation represents the agreement between the hotel management company called Aroha Collective, S.R.L. and its guests / clients / consumers / members or users of the services offered by said organization. 2] PURPOSE VALUES
This regulation is prepared to guarantee everyone a pleasant and peaceful stay, in mutual respect for civil, social, cultural and common sense norms. This regulation is designed to preserve, protect and promote sustainable tourism, counteract prejudice, support local economies and generate cultural relations and exchanges at the international level. This regulation defines a new type of accommodation; defines and describes a tourism company that adopts a social business model. This regulation, in addition to establishing the contractual and commercial terms and conditions between Aroha Collective, S.R.L. and guests contains a letter of values and principles that every traveler, guest, tourist, client must necessarily know, share and subscribe to be able to access, stay or benefit in any other way from the activities or services offered by Aroha Collective, S.R.L ..;


3] RESERVATIONS AND BILLING
Reservations can be made in the following ways: On-Line, on the website www.bayahibevillage.com, www.booking.com, www.airbnb.com and in general on all the platforms of the main online travel agencies: by phone and through WhatsApp; via EMAIL, to info@bayahibevillage.com; in person, at the reception of the structure. Reservations are accepted subject to availability and will be considered valid only if confirmed in writing and after payment of the amount due for the reserved period within 3 days of request. Payment can be made by bank transfer, bank transfer or credit card or in cash.n case of cancellation of the reservation or no-show NO, the amounts paid are not refundable.


4] PRICES
Check-in (arrival) must take place between 15:30 and 20:00. Arrivals after 20:00 are only accepted with prior agreement with the Management and with the payment of a supplement of $ 20. All accommodation units are available\ from 16:00 on the day of arrival and must be vacated before from 11:30 am on the day of arrival. Exit. Rates are per day, regardless of the time of entry. Upon arrival, guests must hand over their documents and a valid credit card at the reception to guarantee any additional costs and / or damage to the structure. Unaccompanied minors of adults will only be admitted if they are in possession
of an authorization signed by their parents (or by those who legally exercise their parental authority), with their telephone number and a copy of their document. On the day of departure, the room must be vacated before 11:30 am. m., if the room is not vacated before this deadline, an additional $ 5 will be charged for each additional hour of stay, after 2.30 pm the total cost will be charged. The room keys must be given to the Reception staff, who verifies the amount delivered in use (to avoid discussions, report breakages, etc.). If breakfast is not included in the rate, the cost per person is $ 8. There, the property offers the possibility (subject to availability) to use the pool (from 10.00 to 18.00) also for external people through the DAYPASS with a cost of $ 15 per person for adults and $ 10 for accompanied children up to 10 years of age.


5] THE SERVICES
The water provided in the structure is not drinkable. It is strictly forbidden to use water for improper use. The use is allowed only for primary uses (cooking, personal hygiene, washing dishes and white clothes). We ask our guests to pay special attention, avoiding any type of waste. The structure does not have private parking but only public parking on the street, therefore the parking lot is unattended, vehicle owners must take personal precautions to insure their vehicles against theft and damage, in this sense the administration is released from any responsibility . Equipped kitchen - The apartments have a large entrance / living room with table, chairs, "kitchen" or "Equipped kitchen" with fridge, oven, hob, sink, crockery, cutlery and accessories. Other furniture components and accessories can be ordered at an additional cost. The apartments have one or two bedrooms, depending on the type requested, complete with furniture, bedding, towels, soaps, rugs, hangers, curtains, etc ...,


6] CLEANING
The change of sheets and cleaning are guaranteed and included in the rate only every 3 days and always at the first check-in. On request, for a fee, it is possible to take advantage of the "Full Daily Service" option which includes room cleaning, bed making, bed linen change, etc. at a cost of $ 10. No smoking inside the Apartments and internal common areas, except for the Apartments specifically designed for smokers, available upon request /reservation.

 

7] CONSUMPTION
All basic services (water, electricity, gas, hot and cold air conditioning, internet, first cleaning, cleaning during the week (every 3 days), parking, etc ... are usually always included in the price paid for the stay. reckless use of air conditioning and light beyond consolidated consumer standards (and verifiable in real time) It has an additional cost of $ 10 per day Internet: all apartments are equipped with Internet connection via WiFi and LAN cable The service is Completely free The management is not responsible for any malfunction attributable to the Internet service provider. They belong to damages derived from events of force majeure and the nature of the thing, such as atmospheric events, natural disasters, and Swine, diseases, fall of the sunrises fire or branches or products that fall into the nature of the plants, gusts of wind, accidents at sea, damage or theft in the installation area.
Reason, at the time of departure, discounts will be recognized to cover any damage or alleged that may occur as a result of the events described above. In the management of the accommodation, special attention should be paid to: closing the water and sanitary taps, not throwing papers in the toilet, turning off the lights and electrical equipment when leaving the accommodation, using the power sockets correctly, correcting the electric plates in the kitchen, avoiding wetting them with water dishes, ensure at least two air changes a day in the room by opening the windows for at least twenty minutes, use an extractor hood and / or vacuum while cooking the food, correctly use the local unloading service . 8] POOL and JACUZZI
The opening hours of the pool and hydromassage are from 9.30 a.m. to 9.30 p.m. Quoted rates include daily private access to the hot tub for 45 minutes, which must be reserved at least 3 hours in advance. Hot tub sessions can be extended at a cost of $ 20 per hour. Before entering the pool and hot tub area, guests should wash up, especially if they are returning from the beach. It is strictly forbidden to eat and introduce any glass object in the pool and jacuzzi area. Violators will be penalized with a fine of $ 100. The pool area must be accessible to all guests, so it is prohibited to occupy the beds with personal items.


9] SUBJECT AND REGISTRATION REQUEST
This regulation represents the contractual agreement between "Aroha Collective, SRL" and the Guest and, therefore, the request for stay and the acceptance of this request by the Management imply the full acceptance of these Regulations with the prior requirement of membership as a member of the International Community of Aroha. By accepting this agreement, the guest expressly requests to be registered as a member of the Aroha International Community. The guest declares to share the values and agrees to pay an annual fee of fifty US dollars for registration, participation and financing of Community activities. The traveler / guest expressly declares to authorize to charge the amount of fifty US dollars on the same card details indicated on the booking platform ( booking.com, expedia, etc..). The guest expressly authorizes Aroha Collective, SRL. to charge (after signing this agreement) the sum of the annual fee of fifty dollars through credit card provided by the guest . The payment must be made within 12 months from the check-in date and from the date of signing this agreement.This registration is tacitly renewed. the guest to expressly authorize Aroha Collective, SRL to charge the  amount of 50 American dollars through the platform TAB i before the end of the current year, any time in advance but respecting the deadline of 12 months starting from the check-in date or from the date of signing this agreement. The guest can withdraw after the first year with a formal communication sent by email to: go@adminaroha.fun


10] BREACH OF THE RULES AND EXPULSION
Failure to comply with the Regulations and subsequent provisions of the Management entails the elimination of the structure of the perpetrator of the crime and the report of the fact also to the Public Authorities in case the infraction may lead to the commission of a crime. crime. All instructions on signs posted in the accommodation area must also be followed. Parents (or those who legally exercise parental authority) are jointly and severally liable for the acts carried out by minors within the structure and have the obligation to supervise them and ensure that they maintain an educated and respectful behavior towards others, under their own direct responsibility. . . In particular, with regard to the obligation to respect silence, the correct use of the services and equipment made available by the Structure for its Guests. Any activity that may disturb other guests is prohibited. The conduct of adults and minors is contractually maintained there. Therefore, any infringement of the rules of this regulation and, in any case, of the common rules of civil coexistence and proper functioning of the structure, will entail, according to the contract contractually entrusted without recourse to the Management, the immediate termination of the contract. due to the guest and removal of the structure within 5 hours after notification of events, for the entire family unit. In this case, the management has the right to retain the sums already paid and claim the remaining sums, also as compensation for damages, without prejudice to the right to compensation for the greater damage found.


11] ACCEPTANCE OF THE REGULATION
By signing this form and delivering the keys to the Apartment, the Guest explicitly confirms that he / she knows the Regulations of the structure, informed of this contract and / or any other notice published in the area of the structure and / or notices verbally notified during the phase of reservation or check-in, and accepts them all, without distinction, without reservations. The entry of external persons without prior registration and acceptance by the management is strictly prohibited. It is absolutely forbidden to carry out any activity that is incompatible within the rented apartment with hygiene standards, with the tranquility of the other guests of the structure, with the decorum of the building and its safety, and in contrast with local and national laws. . Changes to furniture and housing systems are prohibited. Installing audio systems without prior authorization is strictly prohibited. The property is not responsible for damage caused to people or things due to improper use of furniture and systems or their alteration. The Management reserves the right to modify these Regulations at any time, which will be posted at the entrance of the Hotel and Apartments, on a special notice board, to guarantee an increasingly better use of the structure for everyone. Although not expressly specified in it, the local tourism laws.


12] PRIVACY
The Guest declares to have received specific information and gives their consent for the processing of personal data, directly or even through thirdparties, as well as to comply with the obligations established by law, by a regulation or by community legislation. Community and, in particular, to execute all contractual obligations, also for the following purposes related to the services covered by this Regulation and their possible integration / evolution: a) prepare statistical standards and market studies; yes) send advertising / informational material; c) carry out sales or placement network activities; d) send commercial information and / or make interactive commercial communications.
